Alison B. Kwan graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2006, where she received her B.A. in English, with a minor in Political Science.  She received her J.D. from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 2009.  While in law school, she was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Socrates P. Manoukian of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.  Alison also interned for the County Counsel of San Mateo, and the Asian Law Alliance in San Jose, California.  She was an active member of the Computer & High Technology Law Journal and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.  She has also been active in the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center’s Worker’s Rights Clinic.  In July 2010, Alison joined Bradshaw & Associates.
