Jack V. Valinoti is a skilled and sophisticated attorney who has successfully represented individuals and privately held companies in all phases of litigation from pre-suit investigation and correspondence through pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and court or private arbitration, mediation, settlement, trial, and appeal. Mr. Valinoti was born in Staten Island, New York and began his legal career in New York City, where he gained experience in products liability, complex commercial, and securities fraud litigation while working with two large Wall Street law firms. Mr. Valinoti also worked for a mid-sized New Jersey firm where he conducted execution, trial, bankruptcy, and appellate proceedings to enforce an $8.5 million judgment against John Z. DeLorean.
Mr. Valinoti is a graduate of Bucknell University and New York Law School where he was a member of the Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Mr. Valinoti received the Best Oralist Award for the 1990 New York Law School Moot Court Competition, and the American Jurisprudence Award – Legal Writing II.
Mr. Valinoti has strong client counseling, case management, and litigation strategy skills. He is adept at pleadings, all forms of discovery, and motion practice.
