Kristen M. Ross San Francisco, California
Ms. Ross received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. Her article, Eviction, Discrimination, and Domestic Violence: Unfair Housing Practices Against Domestic Violence Survivors, was published by the Hastings Women’s Law Journal in 2007. As a member of the Hastings Moot Court Competition Team, Ms. Ross participated in the New York University Immigration Law Competition and also served as a teaching assistant for the moot court program. Prior to working at Bradshaw & Associates, Ms. Ross externed for the Honorable Maxine M. Chesney of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and interned for the San Mateo County Counsel’s office. Ms. Ross also worked as a law clerk for Bay Area Legal Aid, where she gained in valuable experience representing low-income clients in landlord-tenant and domestic violence matters. Ms. Ross also holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawaii.
