Because our firm is not rigidly departmentalized, new associates are encouraged to participate in all of our practice areas, in order to gain experience and knowledge, develop their interests, and enjoy practicing law.

Our Summer Associate Program gives select law students substantial exposure to our legal practice, business model, and firm culture. Summer Associates participate in virtually every function of our practice: from initial client intakes through succeeding phases of the client's matter to the end result. We urge our Summer Associates to perform many duties of first-year associates, such as preparing for and attending depositions, and writing drafts of interrogatories, briefs, and memoranda. While there are no fixed requirements, Bradshaw & Associates looks for students who are academically distinguished and who demonstrate the responsibility and reliability to function independently and as part of a team.

We believe that behind every great attorney, there is an even greater support staff. The role of Paralegals and Administrative Assistants is invaluable to the firm and is a central part of maintaining our goal of excellence. We offer comprehensive training for Administrative Assistants that leads to responsibility and success in the position. There are many opportunities at Bradshaw & Associates for non-attorneys and we seek bright, friendly individuals to help us provide the best for our clients.
