About Susanna Chenette
Susanna Chenette is a litigation associate. Ms. Chenette’s practice focuses on patent law and she has experience conducting federal and ITC patent litigation, as well as patent prosecution, patent counseling, and patent portfolio management. Ms. Chenette also has experience with general commercial litigation and ICC arbitrations. In addition, Ms. Chenette performs patent, trademark, copyright, and information technology due diligence and drafting for licensing agreements, mergers, and corporate transactions.
Ms. Chenette has industry experience and a technical background in the biological sciences. She has worked for an international law firm, a large California-based law firm, and served as a judicial extern for Judge Richard R. Clifton in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Honolulu, Hawaii.
